Refund policy
Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the event of a damaged piece of furniture, you can contact us at online-shop@vinoti-living.co.id to begin the return/refund process.
If you purchased in one of our physical locations, you can reach out to the store you purchased the item from or contact us at online-shop@vinoti-living.co.id to begin the return/refund process. ,
We will only grant refunds/exchanges when the process is within 72 hours of the purchase.
Refunds/Returns:
Furniture:
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). This includes any pre-ordered furniture item.

- Ex-stock, such as display items from our physical store may be returned if a refund request is entered within 3 days (72 hours) of the purchase date.
- Please contact us at online-shop@vinoti-living.co.id to initiate a return, or contact the store from which you purchased the display piece.
Accessories and Home Decor:
- In order to grant a return for accessories and home decor items, you may request a refund within 3 days (72 hours) from the original purchase date. Items must be in "new" condition for a refund to be granted.
- You can contact at online-shop@vinoti-living.co.id or contact the store from which you purchased the item to initiate a refund.
- Refund requests beyond 72 hours from the purchase date will not be accepted.
Sale or clearance items, vouchers, or gift cards:
- Unfortunately, these items may not be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not within 48 hours.
If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
